We slept very well on the beds, two separate rooms in the Junior suite was also very nice, good showers. Nice breakfast.
The hotel staff were a bit sloppy, first they showed us the wrong location of the hotel on the map, which gave us trouble when returning to the hotel, next they forgot the wake up call and also the airport shuttle was (a little) late. The swimming pool is not really big and mainly nice to look at.
The central Location and easy access to tourist areas
Although being a moslim country and understanding of the no drinking rules, If a futher increase of tourist is wanted perhaps a private are to have a beer
Clean, in a great spot, nice helpful staff that knows English very well. Spacy bathroom.
It doesnt have wireless in the rooms, but it has it in the hallway.
Good facilities maintenance (no old walls, carpets, corrdiors...), Clean rooms and WCs.
Staff is over-surveillant with guests which can be annoying sometimes.
We have stayed in a family room of this hotel for the last night in Marrakech. We liked the swimming pool. The family room of small spartment style had two air conditioners, two TVs and a fridge. We also liked a small balcony with a good view. Staffs were kind. Hotel offered late check out time (3pm) which were much helpful to stay until the time to go to the airport
WiFi signal could not reach to our room on 3rd floor.
Basic hotel for a basic price. Facilities are basic, breakfast is a little basic but fine. Everything is very clean, in principle an average hotel. Ideal to sleep and to explore Marrakech. But if you want to explore mainly focussed on the older part of the city I would not advise to stay in this area because then the Medina is a nicer place. We stayed in this hotel the last two nights before flying back home. After having stayed in some other fantastic places (in Essaoira and in Marrakech - area Medina (first nights after our arrival in Marroco)) hotel Amani was a little bit a disappointment to finish our holiday. We selected it under the definition family hotel but I think it is no family hotel. We have not really complains and it would also not be fair to do but we stayed at some other (much) nicer places. The pool is very small but alright for a short afternoon refreshment.
The locks of the doors of the room make a lot of noise when closing / opening. This can be a little annoying during the night. The roof top is under construction and not really a nice place to sit down and have a drink / read a book.
Location was a great factor. The room was comfortable; quite spacious and good bathroom facilities. It had coffee making facilities. The staff were friendly, available and helpful with queries.
We liked the fact that that the people who worked there were so friendly , accept the fact there put everywhere signs they supposted to have money to change But I was there for 5 days and for 4 days they didnt have the change . This was not ok because the bank is closed in the weekend .. But further than that everything was ok and the Hammam by the hotel was also good...
That there was no change for à couple of days
The stuff has been absolutely pleasant with all my needs, nice place and nice pople
The hotel is clean, quiet, and close to the conference centre (my main reason for staying). It is very good value for money. The hotel can arange airport transfer for 7 euro, and it was reliable.
The internet was unreliable (but it is free). There are limited tv station choices.
The Hotel is in a good location, walking distance to the train station and 10 - 15min walk to the Market place. The staff provided excellent service and the hotel room is nice.
Very frendly staff, beautiful view of the mountains and the city from the roof terrace, nicely designed and very comfortable hotel. 20 minutes walk from the menara gardens. And 5 minutes walk from the bus station of supratours and the railway station.
Very sweet breakfasts, just croissants, pain au chocolate, a little bit of bread and fruit jam. Excellent orange juice, though.
Big room only
Dirty towels, no security parking, cold room and a breakfast with only one coffe and an orange juice...but the worst is a hour that I needed to wait to prepair the room at the time of check in.
The Staff on arrival and departure were very friendly and helpful. The 2 day bed and breakfast experience was pleasant without fuss. Just as we like it.
Late breakfast, untill 11 o clock.. Nice clean senior suites.. Free internet in the hotel, even in the rooms
Booked a senior suite for 4 people.. Only 1 double bed, so other friends had to sleep on the moroccan couches (luckily they were comfortable)
